Both the courtyards and the outdoor driveways are paved with handamde cotto floor, as well as the interior shared areas, while the apartments rooms feature high-end 'Terre di Siena' cotto floor.
Interior walls are tempera painted and decorated with soft nuances. All the apartments feature armoured main doors with wood coating.
Insulation is provided by 28 cm-thick thermic material used for exterior walls, while the first floor ceilings are made of clear deal with waterproof 4 cm insulation.
